FAQ

  • 1.Don’t Boot up

    1>Insert the charging power supply, check whether charging, if the screen display the charging icon, shows that the battery is low.

    2>Open the shells to look for if the mainboard is off pieces.

    3>Check whether the battery solder joint is in good condition.

    4>On both ends of the battery voltage is measured with a multimeter to check whether there is a support on the voltage of 3.6 V.

    5>Check whether there is any loose on the POWER button and virtual welding appearance.

    6>Check the reasons of "don’t boot" is whether to can display with no backlight, or have backlight with no display.

    Check the connectors of screen are in good condition and without broken mark.

    Check whether the ribbon cable connector is fully loaded onto the mainboard connector.

    7>Check whether the LCD display is good.

  • 2. No Touch Function

    1>Reset to check the touch function.

    2>Check whether the touch screen ribbon cable is loose, or TP ribbon cable connector is fully loaded to the mainboard,  or gold finger is dirty,or with cracks.

    3>Check whether the ribbon cable of the touch screen is with cracks.

    4>Replace the good touch screen to check if the problem has been solved.

  • 3.Can’t connect WIFI

    1>Check the wireless router is working correctly, and ensure that the input user name and password are correct.

    2>Check whether WIFI antenna is with fracture.

    3>Check the WIFI module if any welding plate pin is virtual welding or short circuit.

  • 4. Unable to connect the computer

    1>Please make sure the device connected to the computer  correctly.

    2>Please confirm whether memory space is full.

    3>Please make sure the USB cable are in good condition.

    4>Check the USB port without damage.

    5>Check the USB port if any welding plate pin is virtual welding.


  • 5.Cannot identify the TF card

    1>Please make sure the maximum storage of the machine capacity supports the TF card capacity.

    2>Please make sure the TF card are in good condition.

    3>Check there is any damage on TF booth.

    4>Check the TF card seat if any welding plate pin is virtual welding.

  • 6.Speaker has no sound

    1>Please check whether the volume is set to be 0.

    2>Check whether the speaker wire is in good condition,whether welding spot is virtual welding.

    3>Measured the resistance of the speaker with a multimeter and check if it is different to normal machine.

  • 7.Headphones with No sound

    1>Please check whether the volume is set to be 0.

    2>Please check whether the earphone connection is normal, whether headphones line is damaged. If the audio file has been damaged, will also cause noise or mute.

    3>Check whether there is any damage on headphones seat , or any welding plate pin is virtual welding.


  • 8. Can’t take photo or video

    1>Check whether there is any loose on camera ribbon cable, whether it is fully loaded to the motherboard connector,Whether the gold finger is smudges.

    2>Check whether there is any broken trails on ribbon cable.

  • 9.Unable to connect HDMI

    1>Please make sure the device connected to the computer correctly.

    2>Please make sure the HDMI line are in good condition.

    3>Check the HDMI seat without damage.

    4>Check the HDMI seat if any welding plate pin is virtual welding.

  • 10. No G-sensor

    1>Please check if the settings are closed this functionality.

    2>Check whether G-sensor IC is virtual welding.

  • 11.Unable to install the application

    1>Please check the set menu for setting options is open to allowed to install a third party.

    2>Please ensure that the application is normal.

  • 12.Operation of the system is exception to run

    When installing some third party applications, it may lead to conflict, and the system can’t operate normally. Then you can reboot the system or uninstall the application.

  • 13.Unable to set E-mail or registration application

    1>Please make sure the network connection is normal, can be connected to the Internet.

    2>Please make sure the email set up correctly.

    3>Please ensure that your system time is consistent with the local time.
